The Damage

I just watched a GREAT movie named ((the DAMAGE)). (I wasn't alone while watching it; I was with my mom & my older brother)...& I came here just because I can't help writing about this profound film....I don't know if the story of the film was true or not....but doesn't matter, 'cause it may happen in real life as well...oh God...I’m scared!! ! (Don't worry it wasn't one of those stupid horror movies), I'm scared because it was much more scary than those horror movies with those special effects. The main character was ((Juliet Binoche)) & as you might know, she's a hell of an actress...God only knows how talented she is in acting...I have seen bunch of her movies, in which she played different roles, & believe me she acts so beautifully, so skillfully, you might just think that ((this is her own real life!)). She is my favorite actress at the moment (well...after Julia Roberts!) & she CAN express any feelings, I like her esp. when she's got her sad-sweet expression on her face, oh, it's full of emotions! Well...I wasn't supposed to write about her great capability...I was gonna talk about the movie...aha (another thing about the actors of the movie), the man was ((Jeremy Irons)); he is English (well at least whenever I’ve seen him in various movies, he talked with pure British accent) & mainly plays in romance, Shakespeare-alike (!) movies. He is a capable actor, too...but...i don't know...he's kinda cold & emotionless(maybe)...(leave him alone...not my type!!), oh....I’m sorry I was gonna tell you about this amazing movie, instead I talked & talked about my feelings about the actors(shame on me!), but still not too late, so here's a summary of the story of the film:...Anna(Juliet Binoche) was the girlfriend of the Brussels’s Minister's son, Martin. But things didn't turn out the way they were supposed to...Minister(Jeremy Irons) fell in love with his own son's gf, Anna...& Anna too seemed to love him & they began a relationship as lovers...Minister was so madly in love with her & wanted her so badly...& I think they had lots of sex & stuff like that...but of course they didn't want ANYONE to get to know their dirty secret...after awhile, Martin asked Anna to marry him & guess what?! she said yes...awhile before their marriage, Anna & the Minister decided to rescue everybody's lives ended their relationship, but just before their marriage, Anna asked the Minister to come over to her place, for the one last time maybe. When they were together in Anna's apartment, & they were, you know, in bed, having sex (as usual), OH, NOooOOo, the worst thing that could happen, happened!!! Martin caught them in that situation....& you know he did what?!-simply killed himself!!!! Oh, no, for Christ's sake!!! Believe me guys...I’m not lying to you...he DID kill himself...
Now the end of the story: The Minister quit his family & his job & his everything & began to travel...like a gipsy for example...& Anna finally got married to one of her childhood best friends, well...the scene of her wedding wasn't shown in this SAD movie, just at the end of the film, the formerly(!) Minister said that in the rest of his life, he saw Anna only once (at the airport), (she didn't see him, though...) & she was with Peter (her childhood best friend) & was holding a kid...& that she was no different from any other women...
Well, friends, i tried my best to give the general atmosphere of the movie, but still remains many interesting details, so you'd better watch the movie by yourself... you may get disappointed with loving someone who isn't meant to be yours....but not with me introducing GOOD movies!!! Apart from that, it is definitely worth watching, & after watching it, you won't think that your precious (!) time is wasted; on the contrary, you'll be feeling good because of watching a wonderful movie but a little bit sadness will accompany your good feeling & that sadness is created because of the grief & pity for the poor characters of the story, which again shows the goodness of the movie (because it impressed you & touched your hearts...)
